Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services

GALLERINA DESIGNS LLP aims for complete client satisfaction. Because our Services (Web Design, Digital Marketing, etc.) involve time, resource allocation, and intellectual property, our cancellation and refund policy is structured around the stage of work completion.

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing via email. The refund amount will be determined based on the stage of project completion at the time of the cancellation request, as follows:

B. Non-Refundable Costs

Regardless of the project stage, the following costs are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees.

  • Third-party software licenses or subscription fees (e.g., premium themes, hosting fees) purchased on your behalf.

  • Taxes and transaction fees already incurred.

C. Monthly Retainer Services (Digital Marketing/Maintenance)

  • Cancellation Notice: For services billed on a monthly retainer basis (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management), cancellation requires a minimum 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Payment: Services already rendered within the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

 

2. Refund Policy

A. Non-Delivery of Service

A full refund may be issued if GALLERINA DESIGNS LLP is unable to start or deliver the service as agreed upon in the initial contract/scope of work, provided the client has cooperated with all reasonable requests for information or content.

B. Warranty and Defects

  • Website Design: We provide a 30-day warranty period post-launch to fix any bugs or functional issues directly resulting from our work, free of charge. This is a fix, not a refund condition.

  • Digital Marketing: Results are not guaranteed (as per industry standards). Refunds will not be granted based on the performance (e.g., low traffic, fewer sales) of a marketing campaign, but only on the failure to execute the agreed-upon tasks (e.g., not running ads, not sending reports).

C. Refund Processing

  • In case of any Refunds approved by GALLERINA DESIGNS LLP, it will take 1-2 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. The actual crediting time depends on your bank.
